Imation launches new Imation, SOHOT & Encore Brand Optical Media with 48X speed and distinctive design

17th July, 2002, Hong Kong - Imation launched the latest optical media under different product lines with the highest 48X speed and distinctive disc design giving you extra fun in CD burning.

48X CDR disc
At the time when there are only few 48X CDRW drives in the market, Imation has already launched her 48X CDR disc. Imation is a popular choice to customers especially corporate users because of her reliable quality and renowned brand name. The new 48X CDR disc is now sold in 50pcs pudding case pack and 10pcs slim case pack with price at HK$105 and HK$40 respectively.

Mini CDR and CDRW Discs
The colorful and small size Imation 8cm/Mini CDR disc attracts many young generations to burn their own music CD. The new mini CDR is now sold at the higher capacity of 202MB. With attractive disc colors and individual slim case, it looks outstanding on the selves. Recently, Imation also launched her 8cm/Mini CDRW disc, which is rewritable for 1,000 times and burns up to 80 minutes of high quality MP3 files. Imation 8cm/Mini CDR disc is 5pcs per pack at the price of HK$28 while Imation Mini CDRW disc is 10pcs per pack at the price of HK$70 only.

SOHOT Waterfall Series
Creative and thematic design is the characteristic of SOHOT CDR series; they are pragmatic yet highly impressive. The latest SOHOT Waterfall Series consists of two disc designs: white surface with silver disc color is for the day scene while blue surface with blue disc color is for the night scene. Both designs support burning up to 40X speed and are sold in 100pcs per pack at the price of HK$160.

Encore Gold & Silver Series
The new Encore Gold & Silver Series has now reached the speed of 48X. The simple disc design is especially suitable for heavy users. Encore Gold & Silver Series CDR are now available for sales at 100pcs per pack at retail price HK$160.
