- Level 3 - Direct access to Imation industry and technology experts to resolve complicated or multiple-cause customer data center performance problems.
In addition, The Technical Support Engineering Staff in the China Region is fully integrated into Imation's Global Technical Service Organization and has direct access to Level 3 support through Imation's technical centers in Japan, the US and Europe.
