Please check for the following things:
- Make sure your harddisk is directly connected to your computer (connecting to a hub is NOT recommended) (for USB interface only)
- Please restart your system after plugging in the harddisk
- Please try to connect external power by PS2/USB External Power Supply Cable which is included in the package
- Make sure you have enabled USB Device from motherboard BIOS setup. (for USB interface only)
